the Daodejing journey of healing

Dennis Willmont

  • Books

All of Dennis' acupuncture and Chinese philosophy books started out as one book called "Many Paths: One Center." When it became obvious that this material was too much for just one book, the project was broken down to smaller categories-hence the fifteen books. Nevertheless, all these books have been developed together so they fit together nicely like a Chinese puzzle.

  • Chinese Medicine and the Daodejing

This documentary was directed and produced by Dennis and his son Judd Willmont.

Throughout our China journey we tried to unravel the worldview that produced and continues to sustain this wonderful Body, Mind, Spirit by connecting it to its roots in ancient Chinese medicine, ritual, meditation, art, and Daoism in general.

Dennis Leroy Willmont • November 21,1944 - January 27, 2022

The Willmont family is saddened by the recent loss of Dennis. Dennis passed away on January 27th, 2022.

Dennis was a modern-day Master, who dedicated most of his life to researching, writing, and defining healing aspects in relation to Ancient Chinese teachings and applied them to acupuncture and spiritual practice today. Dennis was not only a distinguished scholar, but he also dedicated his life to living what he taught. He strived for balance through daily Tai Chi practice, a macrobiotic diet, and communing with nature. These practices supported his research, writing and healing of others. He shared his knowledge through his books, everyday conversation, teaching, and his acupuncture practice.

We know Dennis appreciated your support throughout the years and his hope is that you would continue his teachings to heal the world.  Dennis has several unfinished books, the most recent, Ministerial Fire; The Triple Heater and Pericardium in Classic Chinese Medicine which we hope to publish in the near future.

We will continue to offer book and essential oil sales on this website.
